Pathwork - integration of shadow and light in ourselves
Pathwork is a spiritual path, a wisdom of life. Through Pathwork, we learn to know our true self by transforming our inner fears, masks, and beliefs through honest self-exploration and self-confrontation. It is about bringing our deepest, often unconscious feelings to light and aligning them with spiritual laws.
Pathwork invites us to take responsibility for our lives instead of remaining victims of external circumstances. Events are seen as mirrors of inner confusion and blockages, which we can transform into true freedom and joy.
This is me
I grew up in the warm-hearted and down-to-earth Ruhr Area of Germany. After graduating from high school, I emigrated to Brazil with the heartfelt wish of finding happiness there. After completing my training as a foreign language assistant and earning a bachelor's degree in International Relations, I was introduced to Pathwork in early 2012 through my mother-in-law. I immediately fell in love with this spiritual path and decided that "someday" I would train to become a Helper.
However, "someday" took its time. After the birth of our first daughter, my husband and I decided to move to Germany, and so I returned to my homeland after ten years. Pathwork continued to accompany me there.
At the end of 2024, I completed my Pathwork Helper training. In individual sessions and group work - virtually and in person (in the regions of Münsterland and Ruhr Area) - I am happy to accompany people on their path. I currently work in German, English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
My offers
Lecture Study Groups
Perfect for beginners. In lecture groups (60 minutes each), the content of the Pathwork lectures is discussed and explored, and questions are examined in the context of one’s own life circumstances. Sessions can take place either in person or online. The language is primarily based on the composition of the group.
Individual Sessions
It is my pleasure to accompany you on your path in individual sessions (each 60 minutes). The main focus is on process work based on the core principles of Pathwork.
Sessions can take place either in person or online. We can work together in German, English, Portuguese, and Spanish. The first introductory session is free of charge.
Group sessions
Process work based on Pathwork is also possible in group settings. Group sessions last between 60 and 90 minutes. The language is primarily determined by the composition of the group. Group sessions can also take place in person or online.
